نقش راهبردی مربیان پرورشی در ارتقاء نتایج آزمونهای دانشآموزان ابتدایی: مرور نظاممند با تأکید بر تربیت اخلاقی، انگیزشی و اجتماعی

مقدمه و هدف: هدف این پژوهش، تحلیل نقش راهبردی مربیان پرورشی در بهبود نتایج آزمونهای دانشآموزان ابتدایی از مسیر تقویت مؤلفههای اخلاقی، انگیزشی و اجتماعی بود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: پژوهش با رویکرد مرور نظاممند و با استناد به راهنمای PRISMA 2020 انجام شد. جامعه پژوهش شامل کلیه مطالعات ملی منتشرشده در بازه زمانی ۱۳۹۲ تا ۱۴۰۳ بود. با استفاده از راهبرد جستجوی ساختارمند در پایگاههای علمی فارسی و اعمال معیارهای ورود و خروج، ۴۳ مقاله نهایی انتخاب و تحلیل مضمون آنها انجام شد. طراحی سؤال پژوهش بر مبنای چارچوب مفهومی PICO صورت گرفت. در مرحله تحلیل، از کدگذاری باز و محوری برای استخراج مقولهها بهره گرفته شد.
یافتهها: نتایج تحلیل مضمون حاکی از شناسایی پنج مقوله اصلی شامل تربیت اخلاقی، ارتقاء انگیزش تحصیلی، رشد مهارتهای اجتماعی، کاهش اضطراب امتحان و پیوند خانه و مدرسه بود. یافتهها نشان دادند که مربیان پرورشی، با ایفای نقش تربیتی الگویی، اجرای فعالیتهای فرهنگی هدفمند، آموزش مهارتهای زندگی، و حمایت عاطفی-روانی، بستر رشد روانی و اخلاقی دانشآموزان را فراهم میکنند و این امر بهصورت غیرمستقیم، موجب بهبود عملکرد تحصیلی آنان میشود. همچنین ارتباط مؤثر میان مدرسه و خانواده که از سوی مربیان پرورشی تسهیل میشود، در ارتقاء نظم روانی و انگیزش یادگیری دانشآموزان نقش مؤثری دارد.
بحث و نتیجهگیری: این پژوهش پیشنهاد میکند که جایگاه مربیان پرورشی در سیاستگذاریهای آموزش ابتدایی، بازتعریف شده و ظرفیت تربیتی آنان در زنجیره یاددهیـیادگیری نظام آموزشی ادغام گردد.
