ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی اثربخشی مشاوره گروهی مبتنی بر برنامه شادمانی فوردایس بررضایتمندی و رضایتبخشی شغلی بهورزان شهرستان کیار انجام شد. روش پژوهش، نیمهآزمایشی در دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل با پیشآزمون و پسآزمون صورت گرفت. جامعه آماری پژوهش کلیه بهورزان شهرستان کیار بود و 28 نفر به صورت تصادفی انتخاب و 14 نفر در گروه آزمایش و 14 نفر در گروه کنترل جایگزین شدند. پرسشنامههای رضایتمندی و رضایتبخشی مینهسوتا به عنوان پیشآزمون اجرا شد. سپس اعضای گروه آزمایش در هشت جلسه 60 دقیقهای آموزش شادمانی شرکت کردند. جهت بررسی افزایش رضایتمندی و رضایتبخشی، پسآزمون استفاده شد و دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل کوواریانس مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش حاضر نشان داد بین گروه آزمایش و گروه کنترل از ابعاد رضايتمندي استفاده از توانایی، پیشرفت، فعالیت، اقتدار، همکاران، خلاقیت، ارزشهای اخلاقی، مسئولیت، تصدیق، امنیت، خدمت اجتماعی، موقعیت اجتماعی، تنوع و شرایط کار و از ابعاد رضایتمندی همنوایی، قابلیت اعتماد و اطمینان،تفاوت معناداری وجود دارد. به این ترتیب یافتهها نشاندهنده اثربخشی آموزش شادمانی فوردایس بر افزایش رضایتمندی و رضایتبخشی شغلی است.
