تأثیر فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات(ICT) بر بهبود عملکرد مدیران آموزشی از دیدگاه معلمان متوسطه اول

ملخص المقالة :
این تحقیق با هدف بررسی تأثیر فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات (ICT) بر بهبود عملکرد مدیران آموزشی، به ویژه در میان معلمان متوسطه اول شهر شال، انجام شده است. تحقیق حاضر به لحاظ هدف کاربردی است. از نظر شیوه جمع آوری اطلاعات، توصیفی ازنوع پیمایشی می‌باشد. نمونه آماری این پژوهش شامل 220 معلم (88 مرد و 132 زن) بوده که به منظور جمع‌آوری داده‌ها از یک پرسش‌نامه با 35 سؤال استفاده شده است. پرسش‌نامه طراحی شده، ابعاد مختلف فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات شامل دسترسی به اطلاعات، ارتباطات و همکاری، مدیریت زمان و بهره‌وری، تصمیم‌گیری و تحلیل داده‌ها و آموزش و توسعه حرفه‌ای را مورد بررسی قرار داده است. تحلیل داده‌ها با استفاده از نرم‌افزار Smart PLS و Spssانجام شد. نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که فن‌آوری اطلاعات و ارتباطات به طور معناداری بر بهبود عملکرد مدیران آموزشی تأثیرگذار است. نتایج این تحقیق پیشنهاد می‌کند که مدیران آموزشی باید به طور فعالانه از ICT برای ارتقای کیفیت مدیریت و افزایش کارایی در سازمان‌های آموزشی استفاده کنند. هم‌چنین، سیاست‌گذاران آموزشی نیز باید در جهت تسهیل استفاده از فن‌آوری‌های اطلاعاتی در مدارس و مراکز آموزشی گام بردارند.
