تحلیل ایده‌های زیست‌محیطی شهروندان در راستای تحقق شهر خلاق تبریز

ملخص المقالة :
تحقق شهر خلاق مستلزم پیوند نظام‌مند میان نوآوری اجتماعی، فرهنگی و زیست‌محیطی است. پژوهش حاضر با تمرکز بر کلان‌شهر تبریز، به تحلیل ایده‌های شهروندان دانشی با هدف تبیین جایگاه محیط زیست به‌مثابه یکی از مؤلفه‌های کلیدی در الگوی شهر خلاق می‌پردازد. از میان ۲۲۵۴ ایده گردآوری‌شده از طریق فراخوان‌های مشارکتی، ایده‌های مرتبط با حوزه زیست‌محیطی در قالب ۱۴ خوشه معنایی شامل محورهایی چون مدیریت منابع آب، آموزش، بازآفرینی زیست‌بوم‌ها، طراحی اکولوژیک، مقابله با آلودگی و اقتصاد سبز دسته‌بندی و ارزیابی شدند. یافته‌ها نشان دادند که اگرچه این ایده‌ها از نظر فراوانی عددی در رتبه‌های میانی قرار دارند، اما از حیث شاخص‌هایی مانند نوآوری، پایداری بلندمدت، هم‌راستایی با اسناد بالادستی و پشتوانه علمی، بالاترین میانگین امتیاز را کسب کرده‌اند. تحلیل گفتمان نهایی نشان داد که شهروندان تبریزی محیط زیست را نه‌فقط به‌مثابه یک مسئله فنی، بلکه به‌عنوان بستری برای خلاقیت شهری، مشارکت جمعی، عدالت فضایی و بازآفرینی هویت اکولوژیک درک می‌کنند. بر پایه این تحلیل، مدل مفهومی شهر خلاق زیست‌محیطی تبریز ارائه شد که سه حوزه گفتمان شهروندی، نوآوری نهادی و زیرساخت اکولوژیکی را در ساختاری یکپارچه برای تحقق اکوسیستم شهری پایدار و خلاق سامان می‌دهد. در پایان، پیشنهادهایی برای بهره‌برداری از ظرفیت‌های مردمی در سیاست‌گذاری شهری ارائه شده است.
