ارائه الگوی هوش هیجانی مدیران از لحاظ تاثیر بر رفتار سازمانی کارکنان بانک ملی ایران شعب شهر تهران

ملخص المقالة :
این پژوهش با هدف ارائه الگوی هوش هیجانی مدیران از لحاظ تاثیر بر رفتار سازمانی کارکنان بانک ملی ایران شعب شهر تهران، انجام شده است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی است؛ از لحاظ فلسفه تحقیق ذیل مطالعات عملگرایانه قرار داشته و از لحاط رهیافت، به صورت استقرایی انجام می شود. استراتژی مورد استفاده در این تحقیق از نوع آمیخته است. مشارکت کنندگان در بخش کیفی این تحقیق شامل خبرگان اعم از اساتید و مدیران ارشد منابع انسانی در سازمان های دولتی می باشند که به صورت هدفمند و با تکنیک گلوله برفی انتخاب شده اند. جهت تحلیل داده های کیفی از روش تحلیل مضمون استفاده شد. جامعه آماری بخش کمی کلیه کارکنان شعب بانک ملی در تهران به تعداد 20439 که با استفاده از فرمول کوکران برای جوامع محدود تعداد 377 بعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای گردآوری داده های تحقیق از پرسشنامه محقق ساخته استفاده شده است. پس از تایید پایایی و روایی پرسشنامه، به منظور آزمون فرضیات از تکنیک مدل معادلات ساختاری و نرم افزار اس. پی اس و لیزرل استفاده گردید. با توجه به نتایج بدست آمده مشخص شد که همدلی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تعهد (ضریب مسیر برابر با 55/0)، عدالت سازمانی (ضریب مسیر 59/0) و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی (ضریب مسیر 51/0) دارد.؛ انگیزه تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تعهد (ضریب مسیر برابر با 47/0)، عدالت سازمانی (ضریب مسیر 56/0) و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی (ضریب مسیر 45/0) دارد؛ مهارت اجتماعی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تعهد (ضریب مسیر برابر با 40/0)، عدالت سازمانی (ضریب مسیر 54/0) و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی (ضریب مسیر 47/0) دارد؛ خودتنظیمی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تعهد (ضریب مسیر برابر با 49/0)، عدالت سازمانی (ضریب مسیر 47/0) و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی (ضریب مسیر 50/0) دارد. خودآگاهی تاثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تعهد (ضریب مسیر برابر با 60/0)، عدالت سازمانی (ضریب مسیر 61/0) و رفتار شهروندی سازمانی (ضریب مسیر 45/0) دارد.
