بررسی تاثیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع بر عملکرد کسب و کار با تاکید بر نقش واسطه ای حمایت مدیریت ارشد از کارآفرینی در شرکت

ملخص المقالة :
هدف :پژوهش حاضر با هدف مطالعه بررسی مدیریت کيفيت جامع بر عملکرد کسب و کار با تاکيد بر نقش واسطه ای عملکرد نواوری در شرکت فوچاکو می پردازد . ارتباط بین متغیرهای مدیریت کیفیت جامع، عملکرد کسب و کار و نواوری مورد بررسی و تجزیه تحلیل قرار میگیرد.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از نظر نحوه جمع-آوری اطلاعات، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی میباشد. جامعه آماری پژوهش، کارکنان و مدیران شرکتهای عضو فوچاکو میباشد. بر مبنای نمونه گیری در دسترس 148 پرسشنامه صحیح عودت داده شد. با استفاده از نرم افزارهای SPSS21 و Smart-PLS3 دادههای پژوهش مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفتند.
یافتهها:
این مطالعه تأثیر مدیریت کیفیت جامع را بر عملکرد نواوری ارزیابی کرد. علاوه بر این، اثر عملکرد نواوری بر عملکرد کسب و کار بررسی کرد همینطور روابط میانجی عملکرد نواوری بین مدیریت کیفیت جامع و عملکرد کسب و کار را بررسی و میزان اهمیت هر یک از شاخص‌ها را مشخص کرد.
نتایج: نشان داد مدیریت کیفیت بر عملکرد کسب و کار تاثیر مستقیم و معناداری دارد و هم به طور غیرمستقیم از طریق میانجیگری عملکرد نوآوری بر عملکرد بر کسب و کار تاثیر دارد.
