مدلیابی معادلات ساختاری حس انسجام بیماران سرطانی بر اساس چشمانداز زمان با نقش میانجی خودشناسی انسجامی و کمالگرایی

مقدمه: حس انسجام به عنوان یکی از جدیدترین سازوکارهای روانشناختی مقابله با سرطان مطرح شده است و عوامل متعددی بر آن تأثیر دارند. هدف این پژوهش، تدوین مدل علی حس انسجام براساس چشم انداز زمان با نقش واسطهای کمالگرایی و خود شناسی انسجامی در بیماران سرطانی به روش معادله های ساختاری بود.
روش: این تحقیق از بعد هدف بنیادی و از منظر گردآوری اطلاعات، توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعۀ آماری آن کلیه بیماران سرطانی مراجعه کننده به مراکز درمانی استان مرکزی بودند، که 200 نفر از آنها به صورت هدفمند انتخاب شدند. ابزارهای سنجش شامل پرسشنامه چشم انداز زمان زیمباردو و بوید (۱۹۹۹)، پرسشنامه حس انسجام آنتونووسکی (۱۹۹۳ )، پرسشنامه کمال گرایی هویت و فلت (۱۹۹۹) وپرسشنامه خودشناسی انسجامی قربانی بود. تحلیل داده ها به روش معادله های ساختاری با نرم افزارهای Smart-PLS4, SPSSv26 انجام شد.
یافتهها: معیار برازش مدل به طور مناسبی تحقق یافت. اثر مستقیم چشم انداز زمان بر کمال طلبی(482/0-= β ) و حس انسجام (189/0-= β ) و خود شناسی انسجامی درسطح (P<0.01) تایید شد. همچنین اثر و مستقیم کمال طلبی (360/0-= β ) و خودشناسی انسجامی بر حس انسجام نیز در سطح (P<0.01) مورد حمایت قرار گرفت. نقش کمال گرایی و خودشناسی انسجامی نیز به عنوان یک متغیر میانجی در این پژوهش تایید شد.
نتیجهگیری: این پژوهش نقش چشم انداز زمان را در پیش بینی حس انسجام، برای پژوهشگران حوزه سلامت به منظور کمک به بیماران سرطانی برای سازگاری و کنار آمدن بهتر با بیماریشان برجسته کرد.
