مرور تطبیقی الگوهای طراحی مسکن سالمندان جهت دستیابی به آسایش حرارتی و روانی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف اصلی این تحقیق، شناسایی و تحلیل مهم‌ترین الگوهای بین‌المللی در طراحی مسکن سالمندان با تأکید بر مؤلفه‌های مؤثر بر آسایش حرارتی و روانی و بررسی امکان بومی‌سازی این الگوها در بستر اقلیمی، فرهنگی و اجتماعی ایران است. سؤالات کلیدی پژوهش شامل این موارد بوده‌اند: «کدام الگوهای طراحی مسکن سالمندان در مطالعات بین‌المللی برای دستیابی به آسایش حرارتی و روانی برجسته هستند؟»، «مؤلفه‌های اصلی موفقیت این الگوها از نظر آسایش حرارتی و روانی کدام‌اند؟» و «چگونه می‌توان این الگوها را متناسب با شرایط ایران بومی‌سازی کرد؟». برای پاسخ به این پرسش‌ها، از روش مرور سیستماتیک همراه با تحلیل تطبیقی استفاده شد. در مرحله‌ی اول، جست‌وجوی ساختاریافته در پایگاه‌های معتبر علمی (Scopus، Web of Science، Google Scholar، PubMed و ...) صورت گرفت و در نهایت ۳۰ مقاله بر اساس معیارهای مشخص‌شده انتخاب گردید. سپس داده‌های استخراج‌شده با استفاده از تحلیل محتوای کیفی و مقایسه‌ی تطبیقی ارزیابی شدند. یافته‌ها نشان داد چهار الگوی اصلی شامل خانه‌های اشتراکی، مجتمع‌های سالمندان، خانه‌های هوشمند و سکونت در بافت‌های ترکیبی شهری بیشترین تأکید را در حوزه‌ی آسایش حرارتی و روانی داشته‌اند. مؤلفه‌های کلیدی مؤثر بر موفقیت این الگوها عبارت‌اند از: کنترل و بهینه‌سازی شرایط دمایی و تهویه طبیعی، استفاده از مصالح مناسب اقلیمی، دسترسی کافی به نور روز، ارتباط با فضاهای سبز و طبیعت، امنیت روانی و تقویت احساس تعلق به مکان. بااین‌حال، میزان اثربخشی و پذیرش این الگوها به عوامل فرهنگی، اقتصادی و زیرساخت‌های فنی وابسته است. ترکیب مداخلات کالبدی و فناوری‌های نوین در کنار توجه به ابعاد روانی می‌تواند به افزایش آسایش حرارتی و روانی سالمندان منجر شود.
