بررسی نقش پریشانی جنسی، عملکرد جنسی و سبک‌های عشقورزی در پیش‌بینی رضایت‌مندی جنسی زنان متأهل شاغل در معاونت‌های وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی: یک مطالعه مقطعی

مقدمه: رضایت‌مندی زناشویی یک نگرش و ویژگی نسبتاً پایدار است که ارزیابی کلی فرد از رابطه را منعکس می‌کند. این ویژگی یک رابطه نیست، بلکه یک تجربه و نظر ذهنی است که با متغیرهای بسیاری در ارتباط است، لذا، هدف پژوهش حاضر تعیین نقش پریشانی جنسی، عملکرد جنسی و سبک‌های عشقورزی در پیش‌بینی رضایت‌مندی جنسی زنان ایرانی بود.
روش پژوهش: پژوهش حاضر یک مطالعه توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری زنان متأهل شاغل در معاونت‌های وزارت بهداشت، درمان و آموزش پزشکی در شهر تهران بودند که از این تعداد 196 نفر از زنان متأهل به روش نمونه‌گیری در دسترس انتخاب شدند و به پرسش‌نامه‌های پریشانی جنسی زنان دروگاتیس (2008)، عملکرد جنسی زنان روزن (2000)، سبک‌های عشقورزی استرنبرگ (1986) و رضایت‌مندی جنسی زنان مستون (2005) پاسخ دادند. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل یافته‌ها از روش آماری رگرسیون خطی چندمتغیری با استفاده از نرم‌افزار SPSS نسخه 25 استفاده شد.
یافته‌ها: نتایج نشان داد، متغیر پریشانی جنسی به‌صورت منفی (392/0-)، عملکرد جنسی به‌صورت مثبت (344/0) در پیش‌بینی رضایت جنسی زنان نقش داشتند. با این حال سبک‌های عشقورزی نقش معناداری در تعیین رضایت‌مندی جنسی زنان نداشت. در نهایت از بین سبک‌های عشقورزی، مؤلفه تعهد، رابطه منفی و معناداری با پریشانی جنسی و رابطه مثبت و معناداری با عملکرد جنسی داشت.
نتیجه‌گیری: با توجه به نتایج این پژوهش پیشنهاد می‌شود که در مداخلات مرتبط با رضایت جنسی زنان، بر روی کاهش پریشانی جنسی و عملکرد جنسی تمرکز شود.
