طراحی اولیه بسته آموزشی پیش‌ازدواج: شناسایی مؤلفه‌های کلیدی با تلفیق تحلیل مضمون کیفی و روش دلفی فازی

هدف: هدف پژوهش حاضر طراحی اولیه بسته آموزشی پیش‌ازدواج براساس مولفه‌های کلیدی با تلفیق تحلیل مضمون کیفی و روش دلفی بود.
روش: پژوهش حاضر از نوع کیفی بوده و درصدد بود با استفاده از بررسی متون علمی و مصاحبه به تدوین بسته در حیطه آموزش پیش از ازدواج اقدام نماید. از این‌رو، مجموعه متون علمی معتبر منتشر شده داخل و خارج کشور که در حوزه آموزش پیش از ازدواج بودند و نیز مصاحبه با ۱۵ متخصص خانواده و ۲۰ دانشجوی متأهل، مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. بسته تدوین شد و اعتبارسنجی آن با گروه‌های کانونی با کاربست روش دلفی فازی بررسی گردید.
یافته‌ها: تحلیل داده‌ها منجر به استخراج 6 مضمون اصلی (ارتباط و تعامل زناشویی، مدیریت تعارض و چالش‌ها، رشد و توسعه فردی و مشترک، سلامت و رفاه روانی-جسمی، برنامه‌ریزی و مدیریت منابع، معنویت و ارزش‌های مشترک) و طراحی چارچوب اولیه بسته گردید.
نتیجه‌گیری: دستاورد این پژوهش نشان می‌دهد که آمادگی برای ازدواج نیازمند توجه به ابعاد چندگانه فردی و ارتباطی است. انتخاب دانشجویان متأهل به عنوان مشارکت‌کننده، امکان دستیابی به تجربیات عینی و چالش‌های واقعی زندگی زناشویی را فراهم کرد.
