بررسی و تحلیل سنجه های مشارکت شهروندان در شهرهای جدید (مورد مطالعه شهر جدید سهند)

ملخص المقالة :
مشارکت یکی از مفاهیم اصلی و موثر در توسعه ی پایدار محسوب می شود. در پژوهش حاضر به بررسي و تحلیل معیارها و میزان تاثیرگذاری آنها در افزايش مشاركت مردمي یعنی پايگاه اجتماعي اقتصادی خانوارهای ساكن در شهرهای جدید پرداخته شده است. نتایج به دست آمده نشان داد که مشارکت شهروندان و ساکنان رابطه مستقیمی با توسعه شهری دارد. به عبارت دیگر هر چه میزان مشارکت شهروندان بیشتر باشد تحقق توسعه شهری قابل دستیابی و آسان تر خواهد بود. هدف این تحقیق تعیین و بررسی تأثیر سنجه های مشارکت ساکنان شهر جدید سهند در امور شهری است. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر گردآوری داده ها جز پژوهش های توصیفی- پیمایشی و مدل معادلات ساختاری برای تحلیل داده ها استفاده شده است. پس از مرور ادبیات تحقیق پرسشنامه ای با 8 متغیر (آگاهی اجتماعی، تعامل اجتماعی، اعتماد اجتماعی، همبستگی اجتماعی، مشارکت عملی، نگرش به مشارکت، رضایتمندی، دلبستگی به مکان) و تعداد 68 سؤال تهیه شد. جامعه ی آماری ساکنان شهر جدید سهند با 75000 نفر است که با فرمول کوکران حجم نمونه 485 به دست آمده است. برای تحلیل داده ها از نرم افزارهای SPSS21 و smart- PLS3 استفاده گردید. نتایج بیانگر این است که متغیرهای تعامل اجتماعی، همبستگی اجتماعی، اعتماد اجتماعی و آگاهی اجتماعی از حوزه ی سرمایه ی اجتماعی بر نگرش به مشارکت تأثیر معناداری دارند. متغیر رضایتمندی بر دلبستگی به مکان اثر دارد و دلبستگی به مکان بر نگرش به مشارکت و مشارکت عملی تأثیر مثبتی دارد. به طورکلی بحث مشارکت شهروندان در امور شهری در شهر جدید سهند همزمان از ویژگیهای اجتماعی، مکانی و فردی تأثیر می پذیرد.
