ملخص المقالة :

جمهوری ترکیه در دهه سوم قرن 21 به عنوان قدرتی نوظهور اقتصادی ، در جایگاه هفدهمنین قدرت اقتصادی جهان قرار گرفته است. مجموعه ای از عوامل و عناصر سیاسی ، اقتصادی و بین المللی در تبدیل ترکیه به یک قدرت نوظهور اقتصادی از دهه 1980 تاثیرگذار بوده است . ظهور یک دولت توسعه گرا در دهه 1980 و اتخاذ سیاست های اصلاحی اقتصادی در کنار الزامات و شرایط اتحادیه اروپایی برای پذیرش عضویت ترکیه و فراهم شدن بسترهای بین المللی توسعه در پرتو جهانی شدن ، نقشی تعیین کننده در این مهم داشته اند. در واقع عناصر و متغیرهای بین المللی در قالب جهانی شدن اقتصاد از دهه 1990 ، نقش تکمیل کننده فرایند توسعه ای ترکیه را بازی کرده است . مقاله حاضر با فرض عناصر سیاسی و اقتصادی داخلی تاثیرگذار بر فرایند توسعه ای ترکیه در پی پاسخ به این سوال است که عناصر و عوامل فعال جهانی شدن چگونه روند تبدیل ترکیه به قدرتی نوظهور اقتصادی را تسهیل و تقویت کرده اند ؟ در پاسخ به سوال مذکور این فرضیه مطرح می گردد که فعال شدن و تقویت عناصر جهانی شدن در ابعاد 3 گانه اقتصادی ، اجتماعی و سیاسی و در شکل حمایت های سیاستی و  مالی نهادهای اقتصادی بین المللی ، جذب جریان سرمایه گذاری مستقیم خارجی ، گسترش ادغامها و تملک های فرامرزی ، تسهیل جریان انتقال تکنولوژی و رشد ظرفیت های صادارتی در عرصه تجارت جهانی ، موجب تقویت سیاست ها و رویکردهای نئولیبرالیستی اقتصادی دولت توسعه گرای ترکیه از دهه 1990 و تبدیل این کشور به قدرتی نوظهور اقتصادی شده است
