شناسایی شایستگیهای تاثیرگذار بر عملکرد پایدار (صنعت بانکداری)

ملخص المقالة :
در دنیای رقابتی امروز در صنعت بانکداری دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی دارای اهمیت قابل توجهی میباشد. یکی از روشهای دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی دستیابی به عملکرد پایدار با استفاده از توانمندی منابع انسانی سازمانی میباشد. در صورتی که مدیران سازمانی از شایستگیهای مناسبی برخوردار باشد، سازمان میتواند نسبت به دستیابی به مزیت رقابتی اطمینان بیشتری حاصل کند. هدف این مقاله ارائه مدل شایستگیهای کلیدی مدیران صنعت بانکداری جهت ایجاد عملکرد پایدار میباشد. بدینمنظور با استفاده از تحلیل کیفی فراترکیبی به بررسی تحقیقات انجام شده در حوزه پژوهش پرداخته شده است. نتایج نشان داد مدل نهایی را میتوان با 19 مفهوم به عنوان شایستگیهای اساسی مدیران در صنعت پایدار و 5 دسته کلی ویژگیهای فردی، مهارت، توانایی، نگرش و دانش ارائه نمود. در دسته ویژگیهای فردی اعتماد به نفس و خودباوری، اخلاق حرفهای، مسئولیتپذیری و تابآوری در دسته توانایی، مدیریت تعارض، مدیریت استرس، ایدهپردازی و تفکر خلاق و مدیریت استراتژیک، در دسته نگرش، آینهنگری، تحولگرایی، ریسک پذیری، در دسته دانش، آگاهی محیطی، مدیریت دانش و یادگیری مستمر و در دسته مهارت، حل مسئله، مهارت ارتباطی، برنامهریزی و سازماندهی، تیم و شبکهسازی و رهبری قرار دارد. بررسی پایایی مدل پیشنهادی با استفاده از ضریب کاپا انجام شده. با توجه به اینکه این مقدار حدود 0.6 میباشد، در محدوده مقدار مناسب قرار دارد و مدل پایا میباشد. براساس نتایج، پیشنهاد میگردد مدل شایستگی مدیران در صنعت بانکداری بر اساس این مدل پایه قرار داده شود. اما نیاز است تا در هر رده مدیریتی نسبت به اولویتبندی شایستگیها و انتخاب تعدادی از این شایستگیها اقدام شود.
