ملخص المقالة :
بخش اول پژوهش در چارچوب پژوهش کیفی با استفاده از روش گراندد تئوری انجام گردید. بر مبنای اصل اشباع نظری از تعداد 18 نفر از صاحب‌نظران مطلع حوزه موردمطالعه با استفاده از روش نمونه‌گیری هدفمند وابسته به معیار مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته به عمل آمد. برای سنجش اعتبار یابی داده‌ها از دو روش بازبینی دو کدگذار و مرور خبرگان غیر شرکت‌کننده در پژوهش، بازگشت به مصاحبه‌شوندگان استفاده گردید. داده‌ها طی چند مرحله کدگذاری باز و محوری و گزینشی بر اساس مدل اشتراس و کوربین مورد تجزیه‌وتحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج بخش کیفی در قالب مدل پارادایمی شامل شرایط علی (تحلیل و تصمیم‌گیری استراتژیک، انگیزه و توانمندسازی تیمی، ارتقای کیفیت آموزشی و دانشگاهی، فناوری و نوآوری‌های آموزشی، مهارت‌های اقناعی و تأثیرگذاری، چالش‌های اخلاقی و شفافیت، تأثیر باورها و ارزش‌های فردی)، شرایط زمینه‌ساز (تطبیق‌پذیری و انعطاف در رهبری، توسعه حرفه‌ای و بهبود مهارت‌ها، مدیریت هوش عاطفی و اجتماعی، بهبود روابط و تعاملات سازمانی، تأثیرات روانی و عملکرد فردی، محدودیت‌های مالی و منابع انسانی، تأثیر استراتژی بر ساختار و عملکرد)، شرایط مداخله‌گر (موانع انگیزشی و عملکرد، موانع بوروکراسی، مشکلات منابع مالی و انسانی، چالش‌های اخلاقی و شفافیت، مشکلات روابط در انتصابات مدیریتی، بی‌ثباتی سیاسی) راهبردها (ارزیابی عملکرد و توسعه حرفه‌ای، حمایت و تقویت عملکرد مدیریتی، هدف‌گذاری و برنامه‌ریزی استراتژیک، ترویج پژوهش و توسعه دانش، مهارت‌های اقناعی و تأثیرگذاری، استفاده از شبکه‌های اجتماعی برای تبادل دانش، پیوند ارزیابی‌ها با توسعه )
