نقش کیفیت نهادی و زیستمحیطی در ارتباط بین تهیشدن منابع طبیعی و شادی در کشورهای منتخب نفتی

ملخص المقالة :
منابع طبیعی بهعنوان موهبتی الهی، بهدلیل محدودیت، تجدیدناپذیری و بیننسلی بودن باید با احتیاط و مدیریت مناسب مورد بهرهبرداری قرار گیرند تا ذخایر آنها تهی نشوند و همچنین مصرف آنها به تخریب و کاهش کیفیت محیطزیست منجر نشود. کیفیت نهادی و و همچنین کیفیت محیطزیست از عواملی هستند که بهویژه در کشورهای دارای منابع طبیعی بر تهیشدن منابع تاثیرگذار میباشند. هدف مقاله حاضر بررسی نقش کیفیت نهادی و کیفیت زیستمحیطی بر ارتباط بین تهیشدن منابع و شادی در 11 کشور منتخب نفتی در دوره 2021-2013 میباشد. بدین منظور از شاخصهای اثربخشی دولت و انتشار دیاکسیدکربن به ترتیب بهعنوان شاخص کیفیت نهادی و کیفیت زیستمحیطی استفاده شد و برای برآورد الگوهای پژوهش از روش حداقل مربعات پویای تابلویی استفاده شد. نتایج بیانگر اثر منفی تهیشدن منابع و انتشار دیاکسیدکربن بر شادی بود. اثربخشی دولت بر شادی اثر مثبت داشته است. اثر تعاملی اثربخشی دولت و تهیشدن منابع بر شادی مثبت است و محاسبه اثر نهایی بیانگر وجود حد آستانهای برابر با 61/0 برای شاخص اثربخشی دولت میباشد. قبل از رسیدن اثربخشی دولت به حدآستانه مذکور اثر نهایی تهیشدن منابع بر شادی منفی بوده و پس از گذر شاخص اثربخشی دولت از این حد، اثر نهایی تهیشدن منابع بر شادی مثبت شدهاست. اثر تعاملی انتشار دیاکسیدکربن و تهیشدن منابع بر شادی منفی است و محاسبه اثر نهایی بیانگر عدم وجود حد آستانه برای شاخص دیاکسیدکربن میباشد. بهعبارتی در تمامی مقادیر انتشار دیاکسیدکربن که منجر به کاهش کیفیت محیطزیست میشود، اثر نهایی تهیشدن منابع بر شادی منفی و تشدید شده میباشد.
