ارتباط بین کود زیستی ورمیکمپوست و بسترهای رشد با عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد همیشهبهار

کشت گل همیشهبهار (Calendula officinalis L.) به دلیل فواید دارویی و ارزش زینتی آن اهمیت فزایندهای پیدا کرده است. استفاده گسترده از مواد شیمیایی کشاورزی بر کیفیت خاک، عملکرد محصول و محیط زیست تأثیر منفی گذاشته است. به عنوان یک جایگزین مناسب، اصلاحکنندههای آلی و کودهای زیستی برای بهبود سلامت خاک و گیاه پیشنهاد شده است. ورمیکمپوست رویکردی پایدار برای تامین تغذیه گیاه و افزایش تولید و در نتیجه ارتقای سلامت و حاصلخیزی خاک ارائه میدهد. این آزمایش در شرایط مزرعهای به منظور بررسی اثر ورمیکمپوست (صفر، 1، 2 و 3 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع) و بسترهای رشد (خاک مزرعه، خاک مزرعه همراه با شن، و خاک مزرعه همراه با شن و ورمیکمپوست) بر برخی پارامترهای گل همیشهبهار انجام شد. تعداد شاخه، تعداد گل، قطر گل، وزن خشک بوته و وزن خشک گل اندازهگیری شدند. نتایج نشان داد که سطوح بالاتر ورمیکمپوست باعث افزایش تمام پارامترهای اندازهگیریشده گردید. مقایسه بین بسترهای مختلف و سطوح مختلف ورمیکمپوست نشان داد که بستر کشت شامل خاک مزرعه به همراه شن و کود دامی نسبت به سایر تیمارهای آزمایش به جز ورمیکمپوست 3 کیلوگرم بر متر مربع، عملکرد و اجزای آن را بیشتر القا کرد. این نتایج نشاندهنده پتانسیل کود زیستی و آلی در بهبود القای گل همیشهبهار با امکان اجتناب از کوددهی شیمیایی است.
