بررسی عوامل اقتصادی موثر بر توسعه مدیریت ورزش قهرمانی استان سمنان

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر بررسی عوامل اقتصادی مؤثر بر توسعه مدیریت ورزش قهرمانی استان سمنان می‌باشد. این پژوهش بر اساس هدف، کاربردی است. رویکرد روش‌شناختی به موضوع کمی و روش پیمایش است. معلمان ورزش، کارشناسان ورزشی (دارای مدرک ورزشی)، پیشکسوتان ورزشی (باسابقه قهرمانی ملی و بین‌المللی) و روسای هیئت‌های ورزشی استان سمنان به‌عنوان جامعه آماری پژوهش در نظر گرفته‌شده‌اند. براي محاسبه حجم نمونه نیز از جدول مورگان استفاده شد که نمونه آماری 212 نفر به دست آمد. با استفاده از ادبیات و پیشینه تحقیق، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته آماده گردید. برای ارزیابی روایی صوری و محتوایی پرسشنامه و بررسی صحت‌وسقم سؤالات، پرسشنامه به 15 نفر از کارشناسان و متخصصان مدیریت ورزشی توزیع گردید. جهت تجزیه‌وتحلیل داده‌ها از رویکرد همبستگی استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین عامل حقوق و دستمزد با توسعه ورزش قهرمانی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. بین عامل شادابی و نشاط با توسعه ورزش قهرمانی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود دارد. بین عامل کمیت و کیفیت زیرساختهای ورزشی با توسعه ورزش قهرمانی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود داشته و این عامل بر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی در استان سمنان مؤثر است. بین عامل هزینه‌های ورزش با توسعه ورزش قهرمانی رابطه مثبت معناداری وجود داشته و این عامل نیز بر توسعه ورزش قهرمانی در استان سمنان مؤثر است. با توجه به نتایج محدودیت‌های اجرایی و عدم همكاري برخي از نمونه‌هاي تحقيق و بي‌توجهي آن‌ها نسبت به تكميل پرسشنامه را می‌توان به‌عنوان سختی کار در نظر گرفت.
