اثر گیاه دارویی شبدر ترشک (Oxalis acetosella) و ویتامین E بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه، فاکتورهای خونی، سیستم ایمنی و جمعیت میکروبی روده جوجه های گوشتی

ملخص المقالة :
آزمایش حاضر با هدف تاثیر پودر برگ شبدر ترشک و ویتامین E بر عملکرد، خصوصیات لاشه، فاکتورهای خونی، سیستم ایمنی و جمعیت میکروبی روده جوجه های گوشتی انجام شد. برای انجام آزمایش تعداد 300 قطعه جوجه گوشتی نر یک روزه سویه تجاري راس 308 در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی در 4 تیمار و 5 تکرار (هر تکرار حاوی 15 قطعه جوجه) به مدت 42 تحت پرورش قرار گرفتند. تيمارهاي آزمايشي به ترتیب شامل 1) شاهد (بدون افزودنی)، 2) جیره شاهد + 200 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم جیره پودر شبدر ترشک، 3) جیره شاهد + ویتامین E در سطح 200 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم جیره، 4) جیره شاهد + 200 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم جیره پودر شبدر ترشک + ویتامین E در سطح 200 میلیگرم بر کیلوگرم جیره، بودند. نتایج نشان داد عملکرد رشد و درصد لاشه جوجههای گوشتی تغذیه شده با شبدر و نیزمخلوط آن با ویتامین E افزایش معنی درای با شاهد داشت (05/0>P). مخلوط شبدر ترشک با ویتامین E به طور معنی داری سبب کاهش غلظت آلانین آمینو ترانسفراز و نسبت هتروفیل به لنفوسیت جوجه ها در مقایسه با شاهد شد (05/0>P). بطور کل نتایج نشان داد که استفاده از مخلوط شبدر ترشک با ویتامین E در جیره جوجههای گوشتی کارایی بالاتری را در بهبود عملکرد رشد، کاهش چربی خون و تقویت سیستم ایمنی داشت.
