ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر شناسایی شرایط علّی، مقوله ها و مفاهیم موفقیت تنیس روی میز ایران در رویدادهای بین المللی بود. روش تحقیق به صورت کیفی و مبتنی بر نظریه دادهبنیاد بود. برای جمع آوری دادهها از روش مصاحبة نیمه ساختار یافته استفاده شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق شامل 23 نفر از صاحبنظران و خبرگان متخصص در سه گستره علمی، اجرايی و ورزشی بودند. نمونه گیری در این پژوهش به روش غیر احتمالی و به صورت هدفمند بود. به منظور تحلیل داده ها، از کدگذاری باز، محوری و گزینشی استفاده شد.دراین پژوهش شناسایی شرایط علی،مقوله ها و مفاهیم علل موفقیت بین المللی تنیس روی میز ایران(پدیده محوری این مطالعه) در رویدادهای بین المللی است. نتایج به شناسایی 50 مفهوم و 5 مقوله منجر شد، بر مبنای یافته ها شرایط علّی شامل بازیکن، مربی، مسابقات، تجهیزات-اماکن و والدین بود، بنابراین پیشنهاد می شود برای موفقیت تنیس روی میز ایران در رویدادهای بین المللی بسترهای شناسایی شده بیش از پیش مورد توجه دست اندکاران قرار گیرد.
