ارتباط بین سازمان یادگیرنده با هوش سازمانی در آموزش و پرورش

ملخص المقالة :

هدف اصلی این پژوهش، بررسی رابطه سازمان یادگیرنده و هوش سازمانی در آموزش و پرورش و مدارس شهرستان رفسنجان بود. در این پژوهش از روش توصیفی و از نوع همبستگی استفاده شد. جامعه آماری پژوهش شامل تمامی کارکنان آموزش و پرورش و معلمان مدارس شهرستان 89 بود که از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای - رفسنجان 2494 نفر در سال تحصیلی 90 متناسب با حجم 333 نفر از آنها به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای جمعآوری دادههای پژوهش از پرسشنامه سازمان یادگیرنده و پرسشنامه هوش سازمانی استفاده شد. در تجزیه و تحلیل داد هها در سطح آمار توصیفی از میانگین، انحراف معیار و در سطح آمار استنباطی آزمو ن همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون گام به گام، تی تست تک گروهی و ماتریس همبستگی استفاده گردید. نتایج پژوهش 0/ نشان داد، ضریب همبستگی بین سازمان یادگیرنده و هوش سازمانی در جامعه مورد مطالعه 72 0 میباشد و رابطه مثبت و معناداری بین سازمان یادگیرنده و هوش / در سطح معناداری 0001 سازمانی در این جامعه وجود دارد.
