ملخص المقالة :
هدف از این تحقیق ارائه مدل مفهومی عوامل موثر بر کیفیت تدریس حرفه ای اساتید دانشگاه فرهنگیان با رویکرد مبتنی بر نظریه داده بنیاد بود. این کار با انجام پژوهش کیفی از نوع نظریه داده بنیاد که شیوه آن اکتشافی است، انجام شد. در این پژوهش برای رفع نواقص پژوهش های گذشته، به تدوین مدلی جامع که شامل عوامل داخلی و خارجی موثر بر کیفیت استادان دانشگاه فرهنگیان از روش برخاسته از داده ها و به شیوه سیستماتیک (کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی) مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. برای تکمیل صلاحیت های مورد انتظار تدریس حرفه ای استادان، مصاحبه ای نیمه ساختاریافته با متخصصین در حوزه آموزش عالی و نخبگان علمی دانشگاه فرهنگیان جمعا 17 نفر به شیوه گوله برفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند. برای به دست آوردن اعتبار و روایی داده ها از دو روش بازبینی مشارکت کنندگان و مرور خبرگان غیر شرکت کننده در پژوهش استفاده شد. داده ها به روش تحلیل محتوا بررسی شدند. در نهایت مدلی با ده عامل عوامل انگیزشی، عوامل اجتماعی، عوامل محیطی، عوامل اقتصادی، عوامل فرهنگی، عوامل فردی و شخصی، عوامل دانشگاهی و مدیریتی، عوامل علمی و آموزشی، عوامل تکنولوژیکی و عوامل بین المللی استخراج شد. مقوله محوری مطالعه حاضر کیفیت تدریس اساتید دانشگاه است که در ده بعد ذکر شده و با توجه به شرایط علّی، شرایط زمینه ای و شرایط میانجی راهبردهایی تدوین و مدل نهایی بر اساس آن ارائه شده است.
