الگویابی ساختاری هوش معنوی بر فرسودگی شغلی معلمان با نقش میانجی تعهد سازمانی

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی تاثیر هوش معنوی بر فرسودگی شغلی با میانجیگری تعهد سازمانی انجام گرفت. روش پژوهش توصیفی- همبستگی بود. جامعه‌ی آماری شامل همه معلمان شاغل در آموزش و پرورش (700N=) منطقه‌ی سنگر شهرستان رشت بود که از این تعداد، به روش نمونه‌گیری تصادفی طبقه‌ای350 نفر به عنوان حجم نمونه انتخاب شدند. به منظور جمع آوری داده‌ها از پرسشنامه هوش معنوی عبدالله زاده (1387) (96/0(، تعهد سازمانی آلن و مایر(1992) (91/0(، و فرسودگی شغلی مسلش(1981) (95/0( استفاده گردید. تجزیه و تحلیل داده‌ها به روش مدل یابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرم افزار PLSانجام شد. نتایج نشان داد، هوش معنوی ﺑﺮ فرسودگی شغلی اثری منفی و معنادار دارد. همچنین هوش معنوی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری بر تعهد سازمانی معلمان دارد و تعهد سازمانی تأثیر منفی و معناداری بر فرسودگی شغلی دارد و در نهایت نتایج فرضیه اصلی نشان داد که هوش معنوی بر فرسودگی شغلی با میانجیگری تعهد سازمانی اثر دارد.
