ملخص المقالة :
پژوهش آمیخته حاضر با هدف شناسایی نشانگان کامیابی شغلی معلمان و ارزیابی وضع موجود آن در میان معلمان مدارس شهر خرمآباد انجام شده است. در بخش کیفی با کاربست روشهای نمونهگیری هدفمند و رویکرد گلوله برفی، 13 نفر از معلمان باتجربه، نمونه و مشهور که بنا بر گزارش والدین و مدیران میتوان آنها را کامیاب تلقی نمود، انتخاب و مورد مصاحبه قرار گرفتند. با استفاده از روش تحلیل محتوا و کدگذاری مصاحبهها، 37 نشانگر در 3 بعد شناسایی شد. در بخش کمی این پژوهش با استفاده از نشانگرهای شناسایی شده پرسشنامهای با روایی محتوایی تأیید شده و پایایی مناسب (آلفای کرونباخ بالاتر از 7/.) تدوین شد و توسط 325 معلمی که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی طبقهای انتخاب شده بودند، تکمیل گردید. از طریق تحلیل عاملی اکتشافی 37 نشانگر شناساییشده در 3 بعد (ویژگیهای شخصی، عجین شدن با شغل و رضایت شغلی) طبقهبندی شد. در مرحله بعد همانطور که نتایج آزمون (T تک نمونهای) نشان داد، معلمان کامیابی شغلی معناداری را تجربه کردهاند و هر سه عامل کامیابی شغلی آنها متوسط به بالا ارزیابی شد. این پژوهش کامیابی شغلی معلمان را مورد بررسی قرار میدهد و متغیر و پرسشنامه کامیابی شغلی معلمان را به پژوهشگران علاقهمند پیشنهاد میکند. در پایان، در مورد یافتهها بحث شده است.
