ملخص المقالة :
هدف از اجرای این پژوهش بررسی تاثیر مهندسی مجدد بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی بود. روش پژوهش، توصیفی – همبستگی با تاکید بر معادلات ساختاری بود. جامعه آماری پژوهش را کلیه کارکنان دانشگاه تهران (3237 نفر) تشکیل میدادند. برای تعیین حجم نمونه از فرمول کوکران استفاده شد و تعداد 343 نفر بهعنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند که گزینش آنها با استفاده از روش طبقهای متناسب صورت گرفت. جمعآوری دادهها براساس سه پرسشنامه مهندسی مجدد، یادگیری سازمانی و عملکرد سازمانی صورت گرفت که ضریب آلفای کرونباخ آنها به ترتیب 87/0، 92/0 و 88/0 به دست آمد و روایی صوری و محتوایی آنها با استفاده از نظر متخصصان تایید شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها به کمک دو نرمافزار SPSS و LISREL صورت پذیرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد: مهندسی مجدد بر یادگیری سازمانی و عملکرد سازمانی تاثیر مثبت و معنیداری دارد و یادگیری سازمانی نیز بر عملکرد سازمانی تاثیر مثبت و معنی داری دارد. همچنین نقش میانجی یادگیری سازمانی در رابطه بین مهندسی مجدد و عملکرد سازمانی تایید شد.
