تأملی پدیدارنگارانه بر فهم پژوهش از دیدگاه اعضای هیأت علمی

ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه و هدف: پژوهش حاضر باهدف آگاهی از تجارب و برداشت اعضای هیأت علمی از مفهوم پژوهش صورت گرفت. روش شناسی پژوهش: رویکرد پژوهش تفسیری و راهبرد آن پدیدارنگاری و میدان تحقیق دانشگاههای کردستان، همدان، کرمانشاه و ایلام بود. حجم نمونه با استفاده از ابزار مصاحبه نیمهساختاریافته و بارعایت حداکثر تنوع باتوجه به ملاک رسیدن به اشباع نظری به 15 نفر رسید که به روش نمونهگیری هدفمند انتخاب و دادهها جمعآوری شدند و به کمک روش همسوسازی اعتبار دادهها مورد تأیید قرارگرفت. تحلیل دادهها با رویکرد توصیفی- تحلیلی با استفاده از کدگذاری در دو سطح باز و محوری به کمک نرم افزار MAXQDA صورت گرفت. یافته ها: نتایج شامل چهار مفهوم و مقوله اساسی پژوهش به مثابه یک عمل فنی و تکنیکال، پژوهش به مثابه یک کنش فردی، پژوهش به مثابه یک عمل اجتماعی و پژوهش به مثابه یک ارزش میباشد. که هر مقوله دارای زیرمؤلفه هایی میباشد. بحث و نتیجه گیری: دستیابی به توسعه و پیشرفت همهجانبه بدون بهرهگیری مناسب از یافتههای پژوهشی میسر نیست، بنابراین تصمیمسازی و تصمیمگیری در نظامهای آموزشی ایجاب میکند، زمینه مناسب برای رشد و پرورش پژوهشگران از اولویت برخوردار باشد.
