ارزیابی تطبیقی جایگاه نظریه های انگیزشی مدیریت در گستره آیات الهی

مقدمه و هدف: انگیزش از موضوعات و مفاهیم اساسی در مدیریت سرمایهای انسانی بوده و نظریه پردازان، آن را کلید موفقیت سازمان میدانند. در منابع اسلامی برگرفته از آیات الهی به این مهم پرداخته شدهاست. این مطالعه با هدف ارزیابی جایگاه نظریههای انگیزشی مدیریت در قرآن کریم انجام گرفت. روش تحقیق: مطالعه بهروش تحلیل محتوای کمی انجام شد. جامعهآماری شامل متن قرآن و منابع منتخب مدیریت حاوی نظریههای انگیزشی بود. ابزار جمعآوری داده، فهرست محتوای مبتنی بر 7 مقوله کلی و 52 مولفه فرعی انگیزش در مدیریت بود. روایی صوری فهرست محتوا، اعتباریابی شد. دادهها با استفاده از آمارهای توصیفی(فراوانی و درصد) و استنباطی(کای اسکویر) SPSS,v16 تحلیل شد. یافتهها: از مجموع 114 سوره مبارکه قرآنکریم، (90%) 103سوره به مقولهها انگیزشی اشاره دارند. این سورهها به ترتیب، مقولههای مادی با فراوانی(60%)237، کمالجویی و استقلالطلبی(14%)55، برتری جویی(10%)40، تهاجمی و منفی(8%)32، عدالتجویی(6%)24 و ایمنی و اجتماعی(2%)5، را موردتوجه قرار میدهند. نتیجهگیری: نتایج مطالعه حاضر نشان داد که آیاتالهی بر مولفههای انگیزشی مدیریت به طور گسترده توجه دارد. لذا استفاده از رهنمودهای این کتاب الهی به مدیران، مدرسین و مولفین کتب مدیریتی توصیه میگردد.
