ملخص المقالة :
مقدمه و هدف: در نظام ارزشی اجتماعی، هنجارها ی جامعه، اخلاق کاری با نظامی از ارزشهای شخصی، باورهای دینی و تجارب گذشته و سطح آموزش همراه است. هدف از تحقیق حاضر بررسی تأثیر معنویتگرایی بر اخلاق کاری کارکنان آموزشوپرورش استان گلستان جهت ارائه مدل انجام شده است بود.
روش شناسی پژوهش: در این پژوهش به منظور ارائه مدل از رویکرد کیفی و روش نظریه داده بنیاد استفاده شده است. در مرحله کیفی پژوهش ، ابتدا 26 نفر از خبرگان به روش هدفمند انتخاب و مصاحبه نیمه ساختاریافته انجام شد. سپس تحلیل دادههای کیفی با استفاده از روش کدگذاری بازو محوری انجام شد. برای کدگذاری محوری در این پژوهش از الگوی پارادایمی استراوس و کوربین استفاده شد.
یافته ها:دریافته ها معنویتگرایی به عنوان مقولهمحوری شناسایی شد. حاکمیت اخلاق، گرایش روانی و مدرنشدگی به عنوان شرایط علّی، همنوایی اخلاق با سازمان، شناخت و فضای معنوی به عنوان شرایط زمینهای، ابعاد وجودی اخلاق به عنوان شرایط مداخلهگر، جامعهپذیری اخلاقیات و مقبولیت معنویت به عنوان راهبردها درنظر گرفته شدند و در نهایت پیامدها در قالب دو پیامد فردی و پیامد سازمانی دستهبندی شدند.
بحث و نتیجه گیری: معنویتگرایی در سازمان قاعدهی نوپایی است که میتواند نیرویی قدرتمند و ژرف را برای زندگی افراد به ارمغان آورد.
