بررسی مقایسه ای اضطراب بیماری و رضایت جنسی زناشویی در زنان متأهل شاغل و خانه دار

ملخص المقالة :
هدف: امروزه به دلیل تغییر شرایط اجتماعی و اقتصادی، شاهد حضور روزافزون اشتغال زنان میباشیم. بر این اساس این تحقیق با هدف مقایسۀ اضطراب بیماری و رضایت جنسی زناشویی در زنان متأهل شاغل و خانهدار در سال 1398 انجام شده است. روش: روش پژوهش، علی- مقایسهای و تعداد 87 نفر از زنان شاغل در بیمارستان علی ابن ابیطالب و خاتم الانبیاء شهر زاهدان و 89 نفر از زنان خانهدار این شهر به صورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. سپس با استفاده از پرسشنامۀ اضطراب بیماری سالکوویس و رضایت جنسی زناشویی مصطفوی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. برای تحلیل دادهها از آزمون تحلیل واریانس چندمتغیره و t دو نمونه مستقل استفاده گردید. یافتهها: یافتهها گویای آن بود که زنان شاغل از اضطراب بیماری بالاتری برخوردار هستند (01/0>p). در رضایت جنسی زناشویی نیز این تفاوت در زنان خانهدار بیشتر بود (01/0>p). بحث و نتیجهگیری: به نظر میرسد چنانچه شغل دارای تنشهای زیاد باشد میتواند تأثیرات منفی بر سلامت روانی و جسمی و کیفیت زناشویی زنان شاغل داشته باشد. لذا فراهم نمودن اقدامات لازم جهت کاهش تنشهای وارده به این گروه از زنان شاغل میتواند در کاهش بیماریهای روانتنی و بهبود روابط زناشویی مؤثر باشد.
