بررسی دیدگاههای دانشآموزان دختر دوره متوسطه در مورد معیارهای اجتماعی- آموزشی انتخاب مدرسه غیردولتی

پژوهش حاضر باهدف بررسی دیدگاههای دانشآموزان دختر دورهی متوسطه در مورد معیارهای اجتماعی-آموزشی انتخاب مدرسهی غیردولتی انجام شد. روش انجام تحقیق کمّی و از نوع توصیفی - پیمایشی بود. جامعه آماری، دانشآموزان دختر پایهی یازدهم مدارس غیردولتی شهرستان فیروزآباد بود. حجم نمونه با جامعه مساوی و تعداد 119 دانشآموز بود. ابزار مورداستفاده، پرسشنامه محقق ساخته در دو بعد اجتماعی -آموزشی شامل چهار مؤلفهی اجتماعی (امور پرورشی، امور انگیزشی، ویژگیهای معلمان و نتایج مدرسه) و پنج مؤلفهی آموزشی (امکانات فیزیکی و آموزشی، کیفیت آموزشی، فناوری اطلاعات، ارزشیابی مستمر و مدیریت مدرسه) با 45 شاخص بود. نتایج نشان داد که دانشآموزان، مؤلفهی مدیریت مدرسه را مهمترین معیار انتخاب مدرسه غیردولتی میدانند. همچنین ویژگیهای معلمان و امور انگیزشی در اولویتهای بعدی قرار گرفت. ضمن اینکه از 45 شاخص پرسشنامه، شاخصهای آشنایی مدیر مدرسه با شیوههای علمی مدیریت، برخورداری از معلمان متخصص و ارتباطات دائمی معلمان با اولیاء، از دیدگاه دانشآموزان حائز بیشترین اهمیت بودند. در مجموع معیارهای اجتماعی با میانگین 04/5 و معیارهای آموزشی با میانگین 00/5 در انتخاب مدرسه دخالت داشتند.
