اثربخشی زوج درمانی سیستمی- سازهگرا بر پردازش بین فردی و نزدیکی رابطه در زوجهای آشفته

ملخص المقالة :
هدف این تحقیق تعیین اثربخشی زوجدرمانی سیستمی- سازهگرا بر پردازش بین فردی و نزدیکی رابطه در زوجهای آشفته بود. روش نمونه گیری هدفمند- داوطلب بود و از میان زوجهای آشفته مراجعهکننده به مراکز مشاوره خصوصی (روان آسا، رایان، پیشگام، نیسی و جوادالائمه) و دولتی (نیروی انتظامی) شهر اهواز با استفاده از ملاکهای ورود و خروج و نقطه برش 101 در پرسشنامه سازگاری زوجی اسپانیر، چهار زوج انتخاب شدند. روش این تحقیق طرح خط پایه چندگانه ناهمزمان بود و زوج ها طی مراحل خط پایه، درمان و پیگیری پرسشنامههای پردازش بین فردی و نزدیکی رابطه را تکمیل کردند. دادهها با استفاده از روشهای تحلیل دیداری (رسم نمودار)، شاخص تغییر پایا، فرمول درصد بهبودی (درصد افزایش) و مقایسه هنجاری تحلیل شدند. نتایج نشان داد که این درمان باعث افزایش پردازش بین فردی (86/35%) و نزدیکی رابطه (85/34%) در مراحل درمان و پیگیریها شده است. در نتیجه درمان سیستمی- سازهگرا میتواند موجب افزایش پردازش بین فردی و نزدیکی رابطه در زوجها شود.
