اثربخشی آموزش مدیریت رفتار کودکان به مادران بر سلامت روان مادران و نشانگان اختلال کمبود توجه – بیشفعالی در کودکان

هدف پژوهش حاضر اثربخشیآموزشمدیریترفتاری به مادرانکودکان مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه- بیشفعالی برنشانگان نارسایی توجه- بیشفعالی کودکان وسلامت روان مادران بود. با استفاده از طرح پیشآزمون و پسآزمون با گروه کنترل، مادران 34 کودک مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه- بیشفعالی، به صورت در دسترس انتخاب و به طور تصادفی به دو گروه آزمایش و کنترل تقسیم شدند. گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه تحت آموزش برنامه گروهی مدیریت رفتاری کودکان قرار گرفت. آزمودنیها بهوسیله پرسشنامه سلامت عمومی و پرسشنامه علایم مرضی کودکان در دو مرحله (قبل و بعد از مداخله) مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از روش تحلیل کواریانس چندمتغیری مورد تجزیه و تحلیل قرار گرفت. نتایج پژوهش نشان داد که اجرای برنامه آموزشی منجر به افزایش معنادار سلامت روان مادران گروه آزمایش در مقایسه با مادران گروه کنترل شده است. هچنین برنامه آموزشی منجر به کاهش نشانگان اختلال نارسایی توجه- بیشفعالی شده است. در نتیجه برنامه مدیریت رفتاری کودکان در ارتقاء سلامت روان مادران دارای کودک مبتلا به اختلال نارسایی توجه- بیشفعالی موثر است. لذا پیشنهاد میگردد که درمانگران از این روش برای کمک به مادران این گروه کودکان استفاده نمایند.
