تبیین علّی خلاقیت بر اساس ارزشهای فرهنگی: نقش واسطهای انگیزش و هیجان

هدف از پژوهش حاضر تبیین اثر ارزشهای فرهنگی بر خلاقیت دانشجویان از طریق نقش واسطهای انگیزش و هیجان بود. بدین منظور، 574 دانشجو از میان دانشجویان دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اهواز که در سال تحصیلی 95-1394 مشغول به تحصیل بودند، با روش نمونهگیری تصادفی خوشهای انتخاب شدند و پرسشنامههای ارزشهای فرهنگی (سیواداس و همکاران، 2008)، ترجیح کاری (آمابیل و همکاران، 1994)، عواطف مثبت و منفی (برادشاو، 2009) و خلاقیت (عابدی، 1372) را تکمیل کردند. دادههای جمعآوری شده به کمک نرمافزارهای SPSS و Amos نسخه 22 تجزیه و تحلیل شدند. نتایج معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزار Amos نشان داد که مدل نهایی با دادههای پژوهش برازش مناسبی دارد. نتایج تحلیل مسیر نشان داد که ارزشهای فردگرا از طریق کاهش هیجان منفی و نیز ارزشهای جمعگرا از طریق افزایش انگیزش درونی، بر خلاقیت اثر غیرمستقیم دارند. در مجموع، نتایج این پژوهش بیانگر نقش تعیین کننده ارزشهای فرهنگی، انگیزش درونی و هیجانات در خلاقیت است.
