آزمون الگوی ساختاری رفتارهای خودكشی و كمالگرایی با میانجیگری نومیدی، نیازهای بین فردی و سندرم بحران خودكشی در زنان از منظر فرهنگی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف پژوهش حاضر، بررسی مدل رابطه ساختاری بین رفتارهای خودكشی(اندیشه پردازی خودکشی، اقدام به خودکشی) و كمالگرایی با میانجیگری نومیدی، نیازهای بین فردی(سربار بودن ادراک شده و تعلقپذیری خنثی) و سندرم بحران خودكشی در زنان از منظر فرهنگی بود. جامعه آماری تمامی زنان ساکن شهرستان بستک در سال 1401 بود. نمونه پژوهش 317 نفر بود که با استفاده از روش نمونه گیری در دسترس از خانه بهداشتهای جامعه مذکور انتخاب شدند. روش پژوهش توصیفی از نوع همبستگی بود. ابزار اندازه گیری مقیاس چند بعدی کمالگرایی (هیویت و فلت، 1999)، پرسشنامه نيازهاي بينفردي (هیل وپتیت2014)، مقياس نومیدی ( بک وستیر،1988)، مقياس سندرم بحران خودکشي (بلوچ- الکوبای، 2021) و پرسشنامه تجدید نظرشده خودکشي (عثمان و همکاران، 2001) بود. تحلیل دادهها با روش الگویابی معادلات ساختاری و با استفاده از نرمافزارهای SPSS-24 و AMOS-24 انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد که الگوی پیشنهادی از نیکوئی برازش خوبی برخوردار بود. یافتهها حاکی از رابطه مستقیم و معنیدار کمالگرایی با نومیدی، سربار بودن ادراک شده و تعلقپذیری خنثی؛ ناامیدی با سندرم بحران خودکشی؛ ادراک سربار بودن با سندرم بحران خودکشی؛ تعلقپذیری خنثی با سندرم بحران خودکشی بود. علاوه بر آن سندرم بحران خودکشی با افکار خودکشی و اقدام به خودکشی نیز رابطه مثبت و معنیدار دارد (p<0.01). نتایج مسیرهای غیرمستقیم نشان داد که بین کمالگرایی و سندرم بحران خودکشی، از طریق نومیدی، سربار بودن ادراک شده و تعلقپذیری خنثی؛ وبین نومیدی و افکار خودکشی، از طریق سندرم بحران خودکشی؛ بین سربار بودن ادراک شده و افکار خودکشی، از طریق سندرم بحران خودکشی؛ بین تعلقپذیری خنثی و افکار خودکشی، از طریق سندرم بحران خودکشی؛ و بین نومیدی و اقدام به خودکشی، از طریق سندرم بحران خودکشی؛ بین سربار بودن ادراک شده و اقدام به خودکشی، از طریق سندرم بحران خودکشی؛ بین تعلقپذیری خنثی و اقدام به خودکشی، از طریق سندرم بحران خودکشی رابطه مثبت و معنیداری وجود دارد.
