اثر تنش خشکی آخر فصل بر خصوصیات زراعی ارقام و لاینهای آبی جو

ملخص المقالة :
به منظور تعیین اثر تنش خشکی آخر فصل بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد هفت لاین پیشرفته جو آبی، به همراه ارقام نصرت و یوسف به عنوان شاهد آزمایشی به صورت کرت های خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در ایستگاه تحقیقات اسلام آباد غرب طی سال زراعی 92-1391 اجرا گردید. تنش خشکی و شرایط معمول به کرت های اصلی و نُه رقم جو به کرت های فرعی اختصاص یافت. اثر متقابل تنش در ژنوتیپ بر عملکرد دانه و تعداد دانه در خوشه، اثر تنش خشکی بر عملکرد دانه، وزن هزاردانه، ارتفاع بوته، عملکرد بیولوژیکی، تعداد خوشه در متر مربع، تعداد دانه در خوشه و شاخص برداشت و اثر ژنوتیپ در همه صفات مورد ارزیابی معنی دار بود. به طور کلی، در شرایط آبیاری معمول و تنش آخر فصل، رقم نصرت و لاین MBD-85-8 به ترتیب با میانگین 6480 و 6330 کیلوگرم در هکتار بیشترین عملکرد و لاین MBD-85-14 با میانگین 4180 کیلوگرم در هکتار کمترین عملکرد دانه را دارا بودند. بنابراین، در مناطقی که مشکل کمبود آب آخر فصل وجود دارد، می توان از رقم نصرت و لاین MBD-85-8 استفاده نمود.
