تاثیر یک دوره تمرین تناوبی شدید و دوز بالای مصرف ویتامین D برسطوح آدیپونکتین و لپتین در زنان اضافه وزن با سطوح پایین ویتامین D

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: آدیپوکاینهای لپتین و آدیپونکتین، که نقش مهمی در تنظیم التهاب و متابولیسم دارند، متاثر از افزایش وزن و کمبود ویتامین D میباشند. هدف از مطالعه حاضر بررسی تاثیر تمرین تناوبی شدید و دوز بالای مصرف ویتامین D برسطوح آدیپونکتین و لپتین در زنان اضافه وزنی با سطوح پایین ویتامین D است. مواد و روشها: در این مطالعه تجربی 26 زن دارای اضافه وزني و كمبود ويتامين D، پس از انتخاب به روش نمونه گیری دردسترس، بطور تصادفی به گروههاي کنترل، تمرین+ ویتامین D تقسیم شدند. تمرينات دويدن تناوبی شدید شامل دویدن سرعتی يك دقیقه اي با شدت 80-90٪ ضربان قلب حداکثر در 6 تا 12 تکرار، همراه با استراحت یک دقیقهای فعال با شدت 50% ضربان قلب حداکثر بود. ویتامین D با دوز 50000 واحد هفتگی مصرف میشد. آنالیز داده ها با استفاده از آزمون آنکوا یکراهه انجام شد(05/0≥p). نتایج: یافته ها نشان داد که تمرین دویدن تناوبی شدید و مصرف ویتامین D منجر به تفاوت معنادار در سطوح لپتین، آدیپونکتین و 25-هیدروکسی ویتامین D در گروه تجربی شد. هم چنین بین سطح 25-هیدروکسی ویتامین D با شاخص توده بدنی و سطوح لپتین ارتباط معنادار و معکوس و هم چنین با سطوح آدیپونکتین ارتیاط معنادار و مستقیم در وضعیت پایه وجود داشت. نتیجه گیری: انجام تمرین دویدن تناوبی شدید و دوز بالای مصرف ويتامين D مي تواند به افزايش سلامتي از طریق تعدیل آدیپوکاین لپتین و آدیپونکتین در شرایط اضافه وزنی همراه با نقص ویتامین D در زنان جوان غیرفعال شود.
