اثربخشی درمان پردازششناختی بر اعتماد بین فردی، بخشش بین فردی و صمیمیت زنان آسیب دیده از ترومای پیمانشکنی همسر

مقدمه: هدف پژوهش تعیین اثربخشی درمان پردازششناختی بر اعتماد بین فردی، بخشش بینفردی و صمیمیت زنان آسیبدیده از پیمانشکنی همسر بود. روش: پژوهش حاضر شبه آزمایشی با طرح پیشآزمون – پسآزمون و پیگیری 2 ماهه همراه با گروه گواه بود. جامعۀ آماری را زنان آسیبدیده از پیمانشکنی همسر شهر اصفهان که در سال 1399 به مراکز مشاوره مراجعه کرده بودند، تشکیل داده است. پس از غربالگری با مقیاس سنجش اختلال پس از آسیب ویدرز و همکاران (۱۹۹۴)، ۳۰ نفر به صورت نمونهگیری هدفمند غیر تصادفی، انتخاب و در دو گروه آزمایش و گواه گمارده شدند (هر گروه 15 نفر). ابزارهای پژوهش شامل پرسشنامههای اعتماد بینفردی رمپل و هولمز، (1986)، بخشش بینفردی احتشامزاده و همکاران، (2011 )، و صمیمیت واکر و تامپسون، (1983) بود. گروه آزمایش به مدت 8 جلسه 90 دقیقهای تحت درمان پردازششناختی (رسیک و همکاران، 2016) قرار گرفت، سپس هر دو گروه در سه مرحله پیش آزمون، پس آزمون و پیگیری مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفتند. دادهها با استفاده از تحلیل واریانس اندازههای مکرر تحلیل شد. یافته ها: نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد درمان پردازش شناختی به طور معنیداری موجب افزایش اعتماد بینفردی، بخشش بینفردی و صمیمیت در زنان آسیبدیده از پیمانشکنی همسر شده است(001/۰P<). میانگین نمرات پس آزمون گروه آزمایش در متغیر اعتماد بینفردی (063/6 F=،۰۰۱/۰P<) ، بخشش بینفردی (051/۰F=، ۰۰۱/۰P<) و صمیمیت( 934/۰F=، ۰۰۱/۰P<) بود. نتیجه گیری: با توجه به نتایج حاصل از این پژوهش، بکارگیری درمان پردازش شناختی در بهبود اعتماد بین فردی، بخشش بین فردی و صمیمیت در زنان آسیب دیده از پیمان شکنی همسر پیشنهاد میشود.
