بررسی ارتباط بین ترکیب میکروبیوتای رودهای و بروز مقاومت به انسولین، یک مرور مکانیسمی

ملخص المقالة :
بیماری دیابت شایعترین بیماری متابولیک در انسان است. این بیماری مزمن با بسیاری از موارد مرگومیر یا ناتوانی و کاهش کیفیت زندگی در انسان ارتباط مستقیم دارد و علیرغم تلاشهای صورت گرفته شیوع آن همچنان رو به افزایش است. مطالعات نشان میدهند که دیابت از عوامل خطر اصلی بروز بیماری های قلبیعروقی است و افزایش شیوع آن مستقیماً موجب افزایش احتمال بروز این بیماریها میگردد. بنابراین تحقیقات گسترده ای در خصوص زمینههای بروز این بیماری در سراسر جهان صورت گرفته است. در کنار فاکتورهایی همچون چاقی و کم تحرکی، مطالعات نشان داده اند که ترکیب میکروبیوم روده ممکن است به تولید عوامل التهابی یا ضد التهابی کمک کند که میتوانند به تنظیم عملکرد انسولین و سطح قند خون کمک کنند. در نتیجه، تغییرات در ترکیب میکروبیوم روده میتوانند مستقیماً به تغییرات در سیگنالینگ انسولین و سطح قند خون منجر شده و زمینهساز بروز دیابت میگردد. میکروبیوتای روده ای یک ترکیب پیچیده از میکروارگانیسمهای ساکن در روده انسان است که فعالیتهای فیزیولوژیک بسیاری را انجام میدهند. اما شواهد نشان میدهند که در بیماران دیابتی ترکیب میکروبیوم رودهای ممکن است با تغییراتی همراه باشد که میتوانند به توازن متابولیک بدن و ایجاد مقاومت به انسولین کمک کنند؛ بنابراین تغییر در ترکیب این فلور طبیعی میتواند موجب تغییر متابولیسم و بروز دیابت گردد. گرچه هنوز مکانیسمهای میانجی بهخوبی شناسایی نشدهاند. بنابراین در مطالعه مروری حاضر برخی شواهد مربوط به نقش میکروبیوتای روده ای در بروز دیابت ارائه شده و مکانیمسهای واسطه معرفی شدهاند. از این مقاله نتیجه گیری شد که هر عاملی که منجر به تغییر ترکیب میکروبیوتای روده ای گردد میتواند از مسیرهای مختلف معرفی شده زمینه ساز بروز دیابت باشد.
