تاثیر تحریک جریان مستقیم جمجمه ای (TDCS)با دو جریان مختلف وغوطه وری در آب سرد در دوره ریکاوری بر کیفیت بازیافت، درک فشار و عملکرد بعدی شناگران مرد

ملخص المقالة :
چکیدههدف ازاین پژوهش بررسی تأثیر تحریک جریان مستقیم جمجمهای با شدت 1میلی آمپرو2 میلی آمپردر دوره ریکاوری و غوطه-وری در آب سرد بر کیفیت بازیافت، درک فشار و عملکرد بعدی شناگران مرد بالای 18 سال شهر تهران بود. روش تحقیق : از نوع نیمه تجربی بود. 20شناگر مرد با قبولی در آزمون ورودی نجات غریق (200مترشنا کرال سینه در زمان کمتر از 4 دقیقه)، به صورت تصادفی به عنوان نمونه انتخاب شدند، که در سه روز با فاصله ۴۸ ساعت در محل آزمون حضور یافتند، در هر روز شنای ۲۰۰ متر کرال سینه با شدت بیشینه اجرا و پس از آن آزمودنیها در یکی ازسه پرتکل، شناوری در آب سرد (با درجه〖۱۲〗^oC) و تحریک آندی (با شدت 2 میلیآمپر) و تحریک آندی (با شدت 1 میلیآمپر) به مدت ۱۵ دقیقه قرار گرفتند. احساس شناگران و میزان درک فشار پس از اجرای دوم از طریق پرسشنامه (TQR) و (RPE) ثبت شد. برای سنجش تأثیر روشهای تحت بررسی روی عملکرد بعدی، اجرای شنای ۲۰۰ کرال سینه تکرار گردید. برای تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، تحلیل کواریانس، تعقیبی LSD ،تیوابسته و تحلیل واریانس یک راهه استفاده شد.نتایج این پژوهش نشان داد که عملکرد شنا در گروه TDCS (با شدت ۲ میلیآمپر) بهبود معناداری داشت، (001/0P=) . که در توجیه آن میتوان به شدت مناسبTDCS جهت تأثیر بر کاهش خستگی مرکزی اشاره کرد و کیفیت بازیافت در گروه شناوری در آب سرد بهتر انجام شد در توجیه آن میتوان به افزایش بازگشت وریدی اشاره کرد.
