ارزیابی ارتباط اشتراک گذاری دانش منابع انسانی با عملکرد سازمان با تأکید بر نقش میانجی گری سرمایه فکری (مورد مطالعه: شرکت های کاشی و سرامیک استان یزد)

ملخص المقالة :
امروزه دانش یا سرمایه فکری به عنوان عامل تولید ثروت، در کسب مزیت رقابتی و پیشبرد اهداف سازمان نقش بسزایی دارد. صنعت کاشی و سرامیک از صنایع تولیدی مهم ایران است و توجه به عملکرد این صنعت، نیازی اساسی می باشد. هدف این پژوهش، ارزیابی تأثیر اشتراک گذاری دانش منابع انسانی بر عملکرد شرکتهای کاشی و سرامیک با تأکید بر نقش میانجی سرمایه فکری است. جامعه آماری پژوهش، مدیران و خبرگان صنعت کاشی و سرامیک استان یزد بود. پژوهش حاضر، توصیفی- پیمایشی از نوع همبستگی است. داده های پژوهش با پرسشنامه های استاندارد اشتراک گذاری دانش، سرمایه فکری و عملکرد سازمانی جمع آوری شد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه ها حاکی از روایی و پایایی مطلوب ابزارهای اندازه گیری بودند. برای آزمون مدل مفهومی و فرضیه های پژوهش از مدل سازی معادلات ساختاری مبتنی بر روش PLS استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد که سرمایه انسانی، ساختاری و رابطه ای با عملکرد عملیاتی و مالی ارتباط معناداری دارد؛ همچنین اشتراک گذاری دانش صریح و دانش ضمنی منابع انسانی به ترتیب بر عملکرد مالی و عملیاتی تأثیر مثبت و معناداری دارد. در نتیجه، توجه به عوامل مؤثر بر اشتراک گذاری دانش و ارتقاء ابعاد سرمایه فکری، عامل مؤثری در بهبود عملکرد می باشد.
