تأثیر افزودن پودر دارچین (Cinnamomum verum) بر شاخص های رشد، بازماندگی و شاخص های خون شناسی بچه ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchus mykiss)

مطالعه حاضر با هدف تعیین تأثیر سطوح مختلف پودر دارچین (Cinnamomum verum) بر شاخص های رشد، بازماندگی و شاخصهای خونشناسی بچه ماهی قزل آلای رنگین کمان (Oncorhynchusmykiss) در مدت 8 هفته انجام پذیرفت. به همین منظور تعداد 750 عدد ماهی با وزن میانگین 2±20 گرم در قالب طرح کاملا تصادفی در 5 تیمار و 3 تکرار برای هر تیمار تقسیم شدند. ماهی ها روزانه به میزان 3 درصد وزن بدن با جیره غذایی حاوی صفر، 1، 3، 6 و 12 گرم پودر دارچین در 1 کیلوگرم غذا تغذیه شدند. شاخص های رشد هر 2 هفته یکبار و فاکتورهای خون شناسی پس از پایان هفته هشتم بوسیله خون گیری از ساقه دمی براساس روش های استاندارد آزمایشگاهی سنجش شدند. نتایج نشان داد که بیشترین میزان وزن نهایی، طول کل و نرخ رشد ویژه و مطلوبترین ضریب تبدیل غذایی مربوط به جیره حاوی 12 گرم دارچین بود (05/0p ˂). نتایج فاکتورهای خونی نشان داد که اختلاف معنی داری در بین تیمارهای مختلف نسبت به شاهد نبود و فقط بیشترین تعداد گلبول سفید و درصد لنفوسیت در تیمار حاوی 12 گرم پودر دارچین دیده شد (05/0p ˂). بطور کلی می توان نتیجه گرفت که پودر دارچین سبب تحریک رشد و افزایش مقاومت بدن را نیز می شود.
