ارائه مدل شبکه دانش فنی منابع انسانی درصنعت دارو برای بین المللی شدن

ملخص المقالة :
زمینه و هدف: اهمیت روزافزون تجاری سازی، تبدیل شدن به دهکده جهانی و لزوم برقراری ارتباط با دنیا، باعث شده به مقوله دانش فنی منابع انسانی نگاه ویژه ای شود. از این رو، هدف این پژوهش ارائه مدل شبکه دانش فنی منابع انسانی در صنعت دارو برای بین المللی شدن می باشد. روش بررسی: این پژوهش از نظر هدف بنیادی-کاربردی و بصورت کیفی و کمی انجام شد. در بخش کیفی، جامعه آماری شامل خبرگان آشنا به موضوع بودند. جامعه آماری بخش کمی را مدیران و کارشناسان صنعت داروسازی استان تهران تشکیل دادند و روش نمونه گیری تصادفی طبقه ای و روش گردآوری دادهها پرسشنامه بود. برای تحلیل داده ها، از نرم افزار مدل ساختاری استفاده شد. یافته ها: مدل نهایی شامل ابعاد محیط درونی سازمان، محیط بیرونی سازمان، توسعه و تحقیق، تولید دانش فنی، تجاری سازی، نیازهای جامعه و بازار،آخرین وضعیت پیشرفت تکنولوژی و تولید و بازار در تجاری سازی، برنامه ریزی استراتژیک، توسعه شبکه، تهدیدها، فرصتها و محدودیتها در بازارهای خارجی و فرایند بین المللی شدن می باشد. نتیجه گیری: الگوی ارائه شده پاسخی برای مشکل واقعی شرکت های دارویی بوده و توجه به گام های مدل، میتواند آگاهی و بینش لازم برای تخصیص بهینه منابع برای سیاستگذاران را فراهم سازد.
