تحلیلی بر شناخت توانمندی‌ها و برنامه‌ریزی راهبردی توسعه گردشگری ( مطالعه موردی : روستای نمونه گردشگری دلفارد در شهرستان جیرفت)

ملخص المقالة :
امروزه یکی از راه‌های نجات روستاها از فقر ، مهاجرت ، مشکلات اجتماعی واقتصادی ، توسعه گردشگری در مناطق مستعد گردشگری روستایی می‌باشد. با توجه به این مهم پژوهش حاضر در پی شناخت توانمندیهای روستای نمونه گردشگری دلفارد و تدوین برنامه استراتژیک گردشگری با استفاده از مجموعه عوامل درونی (قوت ،ضعف) ومجموعه عوامل بیرونی ( فرصت ، تهدید) می‌باشد. روش تحقیق در این پژوهش توصیفی-تحلیلی می باشد. گردآوری اطلاعات و داده های مورد نیاز به روش بررسی‌های اسنادی و کتابخانه ای و مطالعات میدانی صورت گرفته و برای تحلیل اطلاعات با بهره‌گیری از تکنیک SWOT نقاط قوت، ضعف، فرصت و تهدیدهای گردشگری تجزیه و تحلیل شده و استراتژی‌های ممکن جهت توسعه گردشگری منطقه تدوین شده است.یافته های حاصل از این تحقیق بیانگر آن است که در این روستا 8 قوت، 9 ضعف داخلی، در عین حال 8 فرصت و 8 تهدید بیرونی دارای تاثیر عمده بر کارکردهای گردشگری روستا می-باشد. نتایج ارزیابی‌های حاصل از مدل راهبردی SWOT نشان می‌دهد که در بین عوامل داخلی و خارجی مؤثر بر توسعه گردشگری دلفارد، T4, O8, W5, S8, به ترتیب دارای امتیاز وزنی،0.228 ،0.221 ،0.22 ، 0.205بوده و امتیاز نهایی ماتریس ارزیابی عوامل درونی (3.058) و بیرونی (3) نشان دهنده تاثیر گذاری بیشتر عوامل داخلی بر عوامل خارجی در روستای دلفارد می‌باشد. استراتژی‌های منتج‌از‌راهبرد SWOT نشان داد که راهبرد بازنگری (WO) با امتیاز 3.4 به عنوان اولین الویت و راهبردهای (WT) با امتیاز 3.1 ،(SO) با امتیاز 3 ،(ST) با امتیاز 2.7 به ترتیب در اولویتهای بعدی برنامه ریزی گردشگری دلفارد می باشند.
