بررسی رابطه بین اخلاق حرفهای و انضباط کاری با عملکرد شغلی معلمان پایه ششم ابتدایی شهرستان بجنورد

ملخص المقالة :
هدف کلی پژوهش حاضر بررسی رابطه بین اخلاق حرفهای و انضباط کاری با عملکرد کاری معلمان پایه ششم ابتدایی شهرستان بجنورد بود. پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و از لحاظ نوع پژوهش و شیوه اجرا توصیفی- پیمایشی، از نوع همبستگی بود. جامعه آماری شامل کلیه معلمان پایه ششم ابتدایی شهرستان بجنورد به تعداد 306 نفر که 170 نفر طبق فرمول کوکران و به شیوه نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده انتخاب شدند. دادههای این پژوهش توسط سه پرسشنامه اخلاق حرفهای قاسمزاده و همکاران (1393)، انضباط شغلی کورنلیوس (1999) و عملکرد شغلی هرسی و اسمیت (1981) جمعآوری شد که روایی آنها از نوع صوری و محتوایی بود و پایایی آنها از طریق آلفای کرونباخ به ترتیب (80/0)، (86/0) و (78/0) برآورد گردید. برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها در بخش آمار توصیفی از (میانگین، انحراف معیار و محاسبه شاخصهای مرکزی و پراکندگی) و در بخش آمار استنباطی برای تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها و تعمیم نتایج از آزمون ضریب همبستگی پیرسون و رگرسیون با استفاده از نرمافزار آماری spss23 استفاده شد. نتایج نشان داد بین اخلاق حرفهای و انضباط کاری با عملکرد کاری معلمان پایه ششم ابتدایی شهرستان بجنورد رابطه وجود دارد (898/0r=) و در کل اخلاق حرفهای و انضباط سازمانی (4/80) درصد از واریانس معادله عملکرد شغلی را تبیین مینمایند. در نتیجهگیری کلی میتوان گفت هر چه معلمان از اخلاق حرفهای و انضباط بالاتری برخوردار باشند عملکرد شغلی بالاتری دارند.
