بررسی تاثیر گزینه های موقعیت یابی استراتژیک مدل دلتا بر عملکرد سازمانی با نقش تعدیلگر قوانین دولتی (مورد مطالعه: شرکت های فناوری اطلاعات مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری پردیس)

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از پژوهش حاضر، بررسی تاثیر گزینههای موقعیتیابی استراتژیک مدل دلتا بر عملکرد سازمانی شرکتهای IT با نقش تعدیلگر قوانین دولتی است. این پژوهش از نظر هدف، کاربردی و به لحاظ روش، توصیفی-پیمایشی است. گردآوری دادهها توسط پرسشنامه محققساخته انجام گرفت. روایی محتوایی پرسشنامه با استفاده از نظرات خبرگان و پایایی آن، توسط آلفای کرونباخ تایید شد. جامعه آماری تحقیق را مدیران و خبرگان حوزه استراتژی و بازاریابی شرکتهای فعال در صنعت IT مستقر در پارک علم و فناوری پردیس که بالغ بر 266 نفر بودند، تشکیل داد و حجم نمونه با استفاده از فرمول کوکران، به تعداد 158 نفر محاسبه شد. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، با استفاده از روش مدل-سازی معادلات ساختاری در نرمافزار Amos صورت گرفت. یافتهها نشان میدهد هر سه گزینه استراتژیک مدل دلتا، شامل گزینههای بهترین محصول، راهحل جامع مشتریان و پایبندسازی به سیستم، بر عملکرد شرکتهای IT تاثیر مثبت و معنادار دارند و در این میان، تاثیر گزینه پایبندسازی به سیستم، بیش از سایر گزینهها است. همچنین قوانین دولتی، روابط میان گزینههای استراتژیک مدل دلتا با عملکرد سازمانی را تعدیل میکند که بیشترین تاثیر، مربوط به گزینه راهحل جامع مشتریان و کمترین تاثیر، مربوط به گزینه بهترین محصول است.
