ارائه مدل از عوامل تاثیر گذار بر مشارکت سیاسی- اجتماعی شهروندان در اجرای طرح های توسعه پایدار نواحی شهری (مطالعه موردی شاغلین دستگاههای اجرایی شهر اراک)

ملخص المقالة :
مقاله حاضر با هدف ارائه مدل عوامل مؤثر بر مشارکت سیاسی-اجتماعی شهروندان در اجرای طرحهای توسعه پایدار نواحی شهری به اجرا درآمد. در این تحقیق توسعه شهری کلانشهر اراک به عنوان مطالعه موردی مورد توجه بوده است. جامعه آماری را شاغلین دستگاههای اجرایی شهر اراک در سال ۱۳۹۸ تشکیل داده است. حجم نمونه به موجب جدول نمونه گیری مورگان ۳۶۱ نفر بوده است که به شیوه ی طبقه بندی سهمیه ای تصادفی گزینش گردید. ابزار جمعآوری دادهها را مصاحبه با خبرگان دانشگاهی و پرسشنامه مجریان دستگاههای اجرایی تشکیل داد. روایی و پایایی پرسشنامه از طریق آزمونهای تحلیل عاملی و کرونباخ تایید گردید، کسب ضریب بالای 70/0 در هر دو مورد گویای ثبات اندازه گیری آنها بوده است. روش تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها عبارتند از: بهرهبرداری از شاخصهای آمار توصیفی، آزمونهای معادلات ساختاری، آزمون سوبل. در این راستا از نرمافزار PLS برای آزمون مدل تحقیق و فرضیه ها استفاده گردید. نتایج تحقیق حاکی از آن بود که هر یک از مجموعه عوامل اجتماعی، فرهنگی، اقتصادی با میانجیگری مشارکت سیاسی-اجتماعی با توسعه پایدار شهری رابطه وجود داشته است. ولی بین عوامل سیاسی با میانجیگری مشارکت اجتماعی-سیاسی با توسعه پایدار شهری رابطه وجود نداشته است. در عین حال مجموعه عوامل مؤثر بر مشارکتهای سیاسی-اجتماعی بر توسعه پایدار شهری تاثیر مثبت داشته، مدل این اثرگذاری نیز آزمون و ارائه گردید.
