شناسایی ابعاد و موُلفه های آموزش شهروند حرفه ای جهانی در دانشگاهفاطمه آخوندی * حمیدرضا آراسته**نادرقلی قورچیان ***پریوش جعفری ****چکیده هدف پژوهش حاضر، شناسایی ابعادو مولفههای آموزش شهروند حرفهای جهانی در دانشگاه میباشد. این پژوهش از لحاظ هدف کاربردی و از نظر شیوه اجرا، کیفی با تحلیل محتوا می باشد.جامعه نمونه استادان دانشگاه و صاحبنظران این حوزه بودندکه بر اساس قاعده اشباع نظری تعداد 15 نفر با روش نمونه گیری هدفمند انتخاب شدند.ابزار پژوهش مصاحبه های نیمه ساختار یافته و بررسی اسناد و متون تخصصی بود. برای اعتبار ابزار از روایی محتوایی و جهت پایایی نیز از روش کدگذاری مجدد استفاده شد. جهت تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از روش تحلیل مضمون با کدگذاری باز، محوری و انتخابی استفاده گردید.یافته ها نشان داد که 5 مولفه (شایستگیهای شناختی، شایستگیهای علمی و تخصصی، شایستگیهای فرهنگی و اجتماعی، شایستگیهای اخلاقی و شایستگیهای خود بالندگی مستمر) و16 زیرمولفه به عنوان عناصر آموزش شهروند حرفه ای جهانی شناسایی شدند.واژگان کلیدیشهروند جهانی، شهروند حرفه ای، آموزش شهروند حرفه ای جهانی، آموزش عالی
