بررسی عوامل موثر بر رضامندی دانشجویان از دورههای آموزش مجازی در دوران شیوع بیماری کوید_ 19

پژوهش حاضر با هدف بررسی عوامل موثر بر رضامندی و استمرار استفاده دانشجویان دانشگاه لرستان از دورههای آموزش مجازی در نیمسال دوم سال تحصیلی 99-1398 و به روش پیمایش مقطعی انجام شد. جامعهی آماری این پژوهش، دانشجویان شرکت کننده در دورههای آموزش مجازی دانشگاه به تعداد 7000 نفر بودند که با استفاده از روش نمونهگیری تصادفی ساده و بر اساس جدول کرجسی و مورگان نمونهای 490 نفری از آنها برای تحقیق انتخاب شدند. گردآوری اطلاعات در این پژوهش از طریق پرسشنامه آنلاین انجام گرفت که برای سنجش رضامندی از مدل آمریکایی سنجش رضامندی استفاده گردید. روایی صوری پرسشنامه توسط متخصصان موضوعی و پایایی آن از طریق محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ برای متغیرهای مختلف تحقیق مورد تایید قرار گرفت (94/0- 78/0=α). برای تعیین عوامل موثر بر رضامندی دانشجویان از مدل معادلات ساختاری با استفاده از نرمافزار AMOSversion24 استفاده شد. یافتهها نشان دادند، متغیر ارزش درک شده، بیشترین اثر مستقیم را بر رضامندی پاسخگویان و رضامندی بیشترین تاثیر مستقیم را بر استمرار استفاده دانشجویان داشته است. همچنین متغیر انتظارات، بیشترین تاثیر غیرمستقیم را بر رضامندی و استمرار استفاده دانشجویان داشت. افزون بر این، در مجموع تاثیر مستقیم و غیرمستقیم، انتظارات دانشجویان دارای بیشترین تاثیر بر رضامندی بود.
