ارایه مدلی برای مدیریت شبکههای اجتماعی آموزشگاهی

ملخص المقالة :
هدف از این پژوهش، ارایه مدلی برای مدیریت شبکه اجتماعی آموزشگاهی است. روش پژوهش حاضر، از حیث هدف از نوع کاربردی، از حیث روش اجرا به صورت توصیفی- همبستگی (علی غیرآزمایشی) و از نظر زمان، مقطعی است. جامعه آماری 480 نفر کارشناس ارشد حوزه وزارتی آموزش و پرورش در سال 1394 است. نمونه آماری بر اساس فرمول کوکران 205 نفر محاسبه شد که به صورت تصادفی انتخاب شدند. جمعآوری اطلاعات با پرسشنامه محقق ساخته 67 سؤالی انجام شد. روایی پرسشنامه بر اساس نظر خبرگان دانشگاهها بعد از انجام آزمونهای آماری تی تست و ضریب همبستگی تأیید شد. روش تحلیل عاملی مؤلفههای اصلی، روایی سازه پرسشنامه را تأیید کرد. پایایی پرسشنامه نیز با محاسبه ضریب آلفای کرونباخ (854/0=α) مورد تأیید قرار گرفت. در تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها از آمار توصیفی و استنباطی شامل ضریب همبستگی پیرسون، آزمون تی گروههای مستقل و تحلیل عاملی استفاده شد. مدل نهایی با روش معادلات ساختاری روش بیشینه درستنمایی از نرمافزار AMOS استخراج شد. یافتهها نشان داد که ضرایب استاندارد بین متغیرهای مکنون مدل مدیریتی با متغیرهای مشهود سازه شبکه اجتماعی 0/85 و متغیرهای مشهود سازه یادگیری 0/87 نشانگر اهمیت بسیار بالای این متغیرها در شکلگیری مدل و ضریب استاندارد بین متغیرهای مکنون مدل با متغیرهای مشهود سازه مدیریت 0/40 نشانگر اهمیت قابل قبول این متغیرهاست. این ضرایب با سطح اطمینان 0/001>P معنادار است. شاخص های برازش مدل نشان داد که همه شاخص ها در دامنه مطلوب قرار دارند. بنابراین، مدل مفروض با دادههای تجربی برازش داشته و مدل تحقیق تأیید شد.
