      The field of humanities is different from other fields in many aspects, therefore, in order to develop academic entrepreneurship in this field, we need its special model. In this article, two goals are pursued, first, the key components of the development of academic entrepreneurship are identified, and then we discuss the prioritization and influence of the dimensions on each other. This article is practical in terms of its purpose. After carrying out library studies, using the fuzzy Delphi method, we have identified the dimensions, and in the second step, we have used the Dematel method and the ranking of the components using the analytical network process (ANP) to find cause and effect relationships. Therefore, the components of the government's role, entrepreneurial culture, the educational structure and financial infrastructure of the penetrating (cause) and the components of the university structure, research and commercialization and the communication links under the influence (effect) are introduced. The first priority of university entrepreneurship development was entrepreneurial culture and in order expanded developmental periphery including research and commercialization, communication links, strengthened steering core including university structure, stimulated academic heartland includes educational structure, financial resources including financial infrastructure and the least important is the government component.       Home businesses play a positive role in economic growth and development. Therefore, the development of the capabilities of these businesses is an important issue in economic success. The purpose of this research was to investigate the impact of entrepreneurial knowledge on the structure and performance of home businesses. In this research, the indirect effect of the structure of home businesses on the performance of these types of businesses has been investigated. The data used in the analysis of this study were collected from 139home business owners using a questionnaire. Data analysis was done using structural equation modeling method with PLS approach and questionnaire constructs show good validity and reliability. Previous knowledge of home business owners has a positive (β=0.392) and significant (T=2.289, >1.96) effect on business structure performance. Therefore, the first research hypothesis is supported. Previous knowledge of home business owners has a positive (β=0.597) and significant (T=6.310, >1.96) effect on the performance structure of home businesses. And therefore, the second hypothesis of the research is supported. The structure of home businesses has a positive (β=0.4) and significant (T=2.124, >1.96) effect on business performance. And therefore, the third hypothesis of the research is also supported. Manuscript profile

      The Prison Entrepreneurship Program is a rehabilitation program that attempts to return former illegal entrepreneurial activities to legal entrepreneurship through training and skills enhancement and providing support both in prison and after release. This paper aimed at prioritizing the implementation barriers of Prison Entrepreneurship Program from employees’ perspective, in the Kerman City Prison and the Central Department of Kerman Province Prisons. It is applied research and it is exploratory study. First, the barriers of the program extracted from its official reports. Then, the analytical tree was designed, and by considering it, the AHP questionnaire, include of 13 paired comparisons was designed and completed by 25 experts (employees of mentioned departments) which were selected by purposive sampling. After gathering preliminary data, the final weights were obtained through Expert Choice software 11. Based on the results, at the level of the criteria, the “legal barriers” with a relative weight of 0/470 won the first rank and the “financial barriers” with a relative weight of 0/280 won the second rank. At the level of alternatives, in general, the “lack of funding support” with a final weight of 0/163 won the first rank and the “criminal records” with a final weight of 0/140 won second place.       The increasing progress of technology has affected all aspects of human life. One of the new technologies for which various applications have been created today is virtual reality technology. Virtual reality seeks to create a sense of reality in an unreal environment. The aim of this research is the effect of virtual reality technology on the creation of customers' attitudes and understanding of property and service providers in the real estate consultant department in Shiraz. The statistical population includes all real estate clients and those who refer to the real estate sector in Shiraz, and since the population is considered, it is unlimited; The number of statistical sample is 384 people. In this research, the standard questionnair of Players and Ponsin (2020) were used to collect research data. Structural equation modeling approach and PLS3 software were used for data analysis. The results showed that virtual reality technology has a significant effect on creating the attitude and understanding of customers towards the property and the service provider in the real estate consultant sector. The combination of virtual reality technology with augmented reality is one of the measures that can significantly improve the attractiveness and efficiency of using virtual reality in the field of real estate.       The current research was conducted with the aim of providing a model of international strategic business renewal in the country's pharmaceutical industry in a combined manner in two qualitative and quantitative phases. In the first phase, the research data was obtained from in-depth and semi-structured interviews with 18 subject matter experts, including entrepreneurs, managers, and senior experts in the pharmaceutical industry in Tehran province, which was based on purposeful sampling dependent on the selection criteria and until reaching the theoretical saturation of this process continued. The validity of the research data was checked and confirmed by going back to the participants and external auditors. Data analysis was done based on the Strauss and Corbin model in the form of open, axial, and selective coding in the Atlas TI8 software. The results of the research showed that entrepreneurial, organizational, managerial, environmental, marketing, international strategy, lean supply chain, social component, organizational performance, and financial performance components are important in designing the international strategic renewal model of pharmaceutical industry businesses. In the second phase of the research, according to the managers and experts of the Ministry of Privacy, there were 681 elites of the Ministry of Privacy, of which 248 research samples were identified using Morgan's sample size table; The tool for collecting information in this section was a researcher-made questionnaire in a five-point Likert spectrum; In order to estimate the validity of the questionnaire, content validity was used using the CVR method and confirmatory factor analysis; Also, the reliability of the tool was estimated to be higher than 0.7 through Cronbach's alpha. The results showed that causal conditions with (0.39), contextual conditions with (0.55), and intervening conditions with (0.34) have an effect on strategies, and strategies have an effect on outcomes with (0.85).
