چکیده مقاله :
هدف: بررسی میزان استقبال زنان خانهدار عضو از خدمات آگاهانش، آموزش و آفرینش کتابخانههای عمومی از دیدگاه کتابداران کتابخانههای عمومی شهری
روش: این پژوهش از نوع توصیفی و کاربردی است و به روش پیمایشی انجام شد. ابزار گردآوری دادهها، پرسشنامه شامل 25 سوال بوده است. جامعه آماری، کتابداران کتابخانههای عمومی شهری، 4514 کتابدار شهری که با استفاده از جدول مورگان حجم نمونه 354 نفر کتابدار می باشند. تجزیه و تحلیل دادهها، در دو سطح آمار توصیفی و آمار استنباطی از طریق نرم‌‌افزار SPSS مورد تجزيه و تحليل قرار گرفت.
یافتهها: نتایج نشان دادند که میزان استقبال زنان خانه دار عضو از خدمات آگاهانش، آموزش و آفرینش کتابخانه های عمومی از دید کتابداران کمتر از متوسط است. از نظر کتابداران عوامل جذب زنان خانه دار به کتابخانه های عمومی عبارتاند از: خرید کتاب و منابع مرتبط با آنها، برگزاری کلاس‌های آموزشی مناسب، برگزاری برنامه های فرهنگی متنوع، فیلم و سریال و محتوای آموزشی که خرید کتاب و منابع مرتبط با زنان خانه دار با میانگین 006/4، محتوای آموزشی با میانگین 649/3 و برگزاری برنامه های فرهنگی متنوع با میانگین 418/3 در رتبه‌های اول تا سوم قرار دارند.
نتیجهگیری: نتایج نشان دادند که میزان استقبال زنان خانهدار عضو از خدمات آگاهانش، آموزش و آفرینش کتابخانههای عمومی از دید کتابداران کمتر از متوسط است. چنانچه کتابخانههای عمومی بخواهند در جهت جذب حداکثری زنان خانهدار گام بردارند، لازم است خدمات و فعالیت‌های کتابخانههای عمومی را به سوی موارد مورد توجه زنان خانهدار، بازنگری و بازطراحی کنند.
introduction: investigating the level of acceptance of member housewives for the information, education and creation services of public libraries from the point of view of urban librarians.
Method: This research is of a descriptive and applied type and was carried out using a survey method. The data collection tool was a questionnaire containing 25 questions. The statistical population is urban public library librarians, 4514 urban librarians, using Morgan's table, the sample size of housewives is 354 people. Data analysis were analyzed at two levels, descriptive statistics and inferential statistics through SPSS software.
s: The results showed that the level of acceptance of member housewives for the information, education and creation services of public libraries is less than average from the point of view of librarians.According to librarians, the factors that attract housewives to public libraries are: buying books and related resources, holding appropriate educational classes, holding various cultural programs, movies and series, and educational content, which buy books and related resources Housewives with an average of 4.006, educational content with an average of 3.649 and holding various cultural programs with an average of 3.418 are ranked first to third.
Conclusion: The results showed that the level of housewives' acceptance of public libraries' services, education, and creation from the perspective of librarians is below average. If public libraries want to take steps to attract as many housewives as possible, they need to review and redesign the services and activities of public libraries towards the issues of interest to housewives.
